Prime Day 2026 Lawn Deals: What’s Actually Worth It (June 23–26)
Amazon Prime Day 2026 ends today, June 26 (it ran June 23–26). This is last call. Most “best lawn deals” roundups are a wall of links designed to make you buy things you don’t need. This isn’t that. Here’s the frugal cut: what’s genuinely worth grabbing for a DIY lawn, what I’d skip, and one thing worth knowing up front. The best deal on actual lawn chemistry isn’t on Amazon at all.
Prices below were re-checked early evening on June 26, the final hours. Prime Day ends tonight (about 3 AM ET, after midnight Pacific), and last-day prices are moving fast. A few crept back up, a couple are running low. Click through for the live number before you buy. After tonight, treat anything here as expired until the next sale.
And it’s not just Amazon. DoMyOwn.com is running its own summer sale right now, up to 30% off lawn chemistry, with free shipping on qualifying orders. That’s where the real savings are if you’re buying herbicide or fungicide this week, and unlike Amazon’s clock, this one isn’t tied to Prime Day. More on that below.
First: the best chemistry deal isn’t on Amazon
If you’re buying herbicide, fungicide, or insecticide, DoMyOwn’s summer sale is still live (free shipping on qualifying orders) and it’s beating anything Amazon runs on the same actives. Better yet, it isn’t on the Prime Day clock, so it’ll still be here after tonight. The specific products rotate in and out of the discounts — check the specials page for current prices before you buy:
- Drive XLR8 (quinclorac) — in the summer sale at $59.98 (was $69.98), confirmed June 26. The frugal quinclorac call for crabgrass and a long list of broadleaf weeds. Check current price
- Sertay (sulfosulfuron, the Certainty generic) — on sale at $83.69 (was $92.99), confirmed June 26. The Certainty generic for sedge and the tougher weeds. Check current price
- Azoxystrobin (Artavia 2 SC) — the brown-patch standby for warm-season lawns. In the summer sale at $58.59 for the pint (was $65.10), about 10% off, confirmed June 26. The gallon runs higher; check the size you need. Check current price
- Propiconazole 14.3 (the Gunner generic) — in the summer sale, about 10% off across sizes (the Gunner quart around $48.42, was $53.80), confirmed June 26. Check the size this link lands on. Check current price
- Bifen I/T (bifenthrin) — wasn’t showing a discount on the specials page today; check the product page before you count on a deal. Check current price
Honest note: Prodiamine 65 WDG and Celsius WG are at full price right now, so there’s no reason to rush either this week. Buy them when you actually need them.
Amazon: the gear I already use (watch for the drop)
These are my real picks. The Rachio is live; the other two still have no Amazon discount. Here’s where things stand as of June 26:
- Rachio 3 smart sprinkler controller (8-zone) — $141.99 (was $199), 29% off, re-confirmed June 26, deeper than last Prime Day’s $159.99. At $142 it’s still the single highest-value irrigation upgrade for a real lawn program, and worth grabbing before the event ends tonight. Buy it
- Sun Joe AJ798E dethatcher + scarifier — no Amazon deal. Sun Joe’s own site (shopjoe.com) ran code PRIME25 for 25% off, but it expired at 4 PM ET today, so that one’s gone. Either way, most zoysia lawns don’t need a dethatcher (read the dethatching guide first). Buy it
- VEVOR 4-gallon battery backpack sprayer — still no Amazon drop on the sprayer this week, but VEVOR’s own site is running its Big Summer Sale with code VVBSSUS12 for 12% off (see below). The backbone of any liquid program. Buy it
Bigger-ticket deals actually worth grabbing
This is where Prime Day earns its name. Cordless lawn power is the real story, and the discounts are deep (re-verified midday June 26 against the major deal trackers). The Greenworks lineup is holding, and the 60V push mower actually dropped back to $379, the deepest dollar cut of the bunch. On the EGO side, the 615 bare-tool blower lost its early-week price and is barely a deal now, so I’ve flagged it below. If you’ve been putting off replacing a gas blower or a dead trimmer, today is the window. It closes tonight.
Frugal pick — Greenworks 40V. Batteries included, lower entry price:
- Greenworks 40V leaf blower/sweeper w/ battery — about $110 (was $150), ~27% off as of June 26. It was down near $80 earlier in the week, but the price crept back up for the final day. Still a deal, just not the steal it was. also on Amazon
- Greenworks 40V 13″ trimmer/edger — about $100 (was $160), ~37% off, holding steady. also on Amazon
Step up — Greenworks 60V. If you want more power than the 40V platform for roughly $40 more on the blower:
- Greenworks 60V 610 CFM leaf blower — about $121 (was $250), ~52% off. The biggest percentage cut in the whole Greenworks Prime Day lineup. on Amazon
- Greenworks 60V 21″ push mower — back down to about $379 (was $599.99), ~37% off, re-confirmed midday June 26. The early-week low returned for the final day, which makes this a real deal again. That said, the 48V combo below still gets you this same mower plus a trimmer and blower for about $40 more. on Amazon
- Greenworks 60V trimmer + 540 CFM blower combo — about $190 (was $320), ~41% off as of June 26, and reported running low on stock. The 60V kit if you already have a mower and just want trimmer and blower on the same battery. on Amazon
- Greenworks 80V 21″ self-propelled mower — about $450 (was $699.99), ~36% off as of June 26, holding steady. If you want self-propelled, this is still the one. One catch worth knowing: the 48V combo just below gets you a self-propelled mower plus a trimmer and blower for less than this mower costs on its own. on Amazon
Best value of the event — Greenworks 48V combo. If you’re starting from nothing, the Greenworks 48V kit (21″ self-propelled mower + string trimmer + leaf blower, two batteries and a charger) is about $420 (was $700), ~40% off, still holding on the final day. A whole cordless lineup in one box for less than the EGO mower alone. The single best dollar-for-dollar deal I’ve found this Prime Day. on Amazon
Buy-it-right pick — EGO Power+. Better platform and build, deals 20–33% off:
- EGO Power+ 615 CFM blower (bare tool) — I couldn’t reconfirm a clean final-day price on the bare tool June 26 (its early-week ~$128 number isn’t showing on the trackers anymore), so check it live before you count on it. If you just want a deep-cut bare-tool EGO blower, the 580 CFM bare tool is the better-verified buy right now — about $99.99 (was $199.99), ~50% off, the steepest EGO blower cut I found this Prime Day. 615 on Amazon · 580 on Amazon
- EGO Power+ 765 CFM blower w/ 5.0Ah battery — dropped further to about $250 (was $360), ~31% off as of June 26, deeper than earlier in the week. The battery-included pick if you’ve got a bigger yard or fight wet leaves. also on Amazon
- EGO 16″ carbon-fiber trimmer w/ LINE IQ + battery — about $286 (was $359), ~20% off, holding steady. also on Amazon
- EGO 15″ string trimmer w/ 2.5Ah battery — about $133 (was $200), ~34% off as of June 26, deeper than earlier in the week. The budget way onto the EGO platform: a solid cordless trimmer with a battery to start the system, and for most lawns it does the same job as the carbon-fiber LINE IQ trimmer above for less. Deeper discount than the pricier EGO trimmers, too. also on Amazon
- EGO Power+ 21″ self-propelled mower + 7.5Ah battery — about $600 (was $750), ~20% off, holding steady. Big ticket, but today is the right window if your mower is on its last season. also on Amazon
Whole-system smart controller, cheaper than the Rachio — Orbit B-hyve 8-zone indoor smart sprinkler controller (B07DJ628XH) — about $66.88 (was $111.79), ~40% off, re-confirmed June 26. If you’ve got an in-ground system and don’t need the Rachio’s polish, this is the budget pick that does the same core job. Check on Amazon
Single-faucet smart timer — Orbit B-hyve XD smart hose timer (B09KKFLN1D) — last showing about $54.60 (was $94.99), ~43% off, but I couldn’t reconfirm it on the trackers June 26, so check the live price before you buy. If you don’t have an in-ground system but want to automate a single spigot, this is the one. Check on Amazon
Hose worth owning — Bionic Steel PRO stainless garden hose (75 ft) — last showing about $30.11 (was $69.95), ~57% off, but it bounced around all week and I couldn’t reconfirm it June 26, so check the live number before you count on it. Still the last hose most people need to own. Check on Amazon
If you also clean hardscape — three verified pressure washer deals this Prime Day. Greenworks 1600 PSI corded (B09LCGQNQK) — about $85 (was $150), ~43% off. The entry call for occasional patio or mower rinse-downs where the $120 version is overkill. on Amazon Greenworks 1900 PSI corded electric (B0DC11BZKC) — about $120 (was $180), ~33% off. A step up — better for deck, driveway, and hardscape. on Amazon The EGO POWER+ 2100 PSI (B0DTHD3WQH) is about $297 (was $330), ~10% off as of June 26 — a real deal but a thin margin; only worth it if you’re already deep in the EGO battery ecosystem. on Amazon One late addition, now confirmed: the Kärcher K1700 (B01N20PROC) is down to about $99 (was $230), ~56% off, verified June 26 and flagged “ends today” by the trackers, so it’ll be gone after tonight. The best dollar-for-dollar pressure washer deal in this list if you want a name-brand corded unit. on Amazon No confirmed K3 deal in the US this year.
VEVOR’s Big Summer Sale (off Amazon)
The earlier June 24 coupons (10% off + $4 off $75) have expired. VEVOR’s Big Summer Sale is still running, confirmed live June 26 — the sitewide window is stated through June 28, but the per-item countdowns on the site run later (some into early July), so the savings outlast Prime Day’s clock. Code VVBSSUS12 gets you an extra 12% off on top on vevor.com. Two things still worth a look:
- VEVOR galvanized steel landscape edging (40 ft × 12 in) — check current price with code applied. Cheap metal bed-and-pathway edging if you’re done fighting with the plastic kind.
- VEVOR cordless pressure washer (1200 PSI, dual battery) — check current price with code applied. Not a replacement for the Greenworks 1900 PSI above if you want real cleaning power, but handy for quick patio or mower rinse-downs where dragging a hose is the bigger hassle.
The backpack sprayer I use isn’t separately discounted on Amazon this week, but the summer sale code stacks on it at vevor.com.
What to skip (don’t wait on a deal that isn’t coming)
Saving you the trouble: these aren’t real Prime Day categories, so don’t hold off buying them waiting for a discount that won’t show up.
- Spreaders — rarely discounted at Prime Day. Buy when you need one.
- Reel mowers — not an Amazon Prime Day category; buy used anyway (see the reel mower guide).
- Soil meters, dethatchers (most lawns don’t need one), safety gear — thin to absent.
- Pre-emergent and Celsius — full price this week, as noted above.
Quick list
- Best chemistry deals: DoMyOwn summer sale (live now, not on the Prime Day clock) — Drive XLR8 ($59.98), Sertay ($83.69), azoxystrobin ($58.59 pint), propiconazole (~$48.42 qt), Bifen (full price). Free shipping sitewide.
- Rachio 3 live ($141.99, was $199): Rachio 3 — buy before tonight. Sun Joe dethatcher (no Amazon deal; ShopJoe PRIME25 for 25% off their site expires today 4 PM ET, likely gone by now) and VEVOR sprayer still no Amazon deal.
- Best value of the event: Greenworks 48V mower + trimmer + blower combo (~$420, was $700, still holding).
- Deep cordless deals worth it: Greenworks 40V (blower ~$110/27% off — crept up from $80, trimmer ~$100/37% off) or Greenworks 60V/80V (blower ~$121/52% off, trimmer+blower combo ~$190/41% off — low stock, 80V self-propelled mower ~$450/36% off) or EGO Power+ (765 CFM blower ~$250/31% off — dropped further, 15″ trimmer ~$133/34% off, mower ~$600/20% off; the 580 bare-tool blower is the deep one at ~$99.99/50% off, while the 615 bare tool wouldn’t reconfirm a final-day price — check live). The 60V push mower dropped back to ~$379 (~37% off), a real deal again, though the 48V combo above is still the best value if you want trimmer and blower too.
- Sleeper deals: Orbit B-hyve 8-zone smart controller (~$66.88, 40% off — the budget Rachio alternative). [Orbit B-hyve XD hose timer](https://
